With IL2 and FB we can play online only into 2 modes, dogfight and coop.
Dogfights are great because everybody can join the game at any time.
Coops are great because there is a goal to accomplish that give a better immersion.

With the wonderfull job done by Sammie and Lunix on the FB Daemon 2, we are now able to play dogfights with a better immersion.

As we can see on HL with the popularity of the "scripted dogfights", it seems that most of the people are more and more interested by such type of game.

So, to resume, FBdeamon show us that it s possible to link missions between themselves based on some trigger events, and IL2DCG show us that it s possible to have very fine missions generated automatically.

So, why do not make a mix of these wonderfulls programs to create internally into PF a dynamic dogfight war ?

I think that it will be the new feature that will make PF definitively a new game.

Hi all,

Mr Luthier, do you think that's possible? Can we imagine to take the online dynamic campaign to put it in dogfight mode?

You can't join coop in-game. Benhur talk about a dynamic persistent battle. The server create
a game and you can join when you want (same in dogfight).

I m in total accord with Benhur! Lets push the limit of the online with PF! Please introduce that kind of dynamic dogfihght! Change our way to play online! It would be so immersive.. Imagine dynamic dogfight on big Pacific maps with ground tagets,airports to capture etc etc..
Pacific theater is so wonderfull, make our online games become too..
