I just look to see wich way the clouds are moving most of the time. You could try opening your cockpit, then stick your head out.

I would like to know this myself.

Disclaimer: I don't have AEP yet, my comments refer to FB 1.22 and earlier.

In this game, don't bother. If there's wind, it will always be crosswind on takeoff/landing, you simply compensate with (LOTS OF) rudder. Other than that, winds don't seem to be modelled.

Right on maple and tully! Thanks for the reply. The only reason I was concerned with the sind factor is that I have seen in other posts that to make sure you take off against the wind and when flyin a bomber to make sure which way the wind is coming from when landing....So I probably won't worry about it http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
