Can you explain further??

Any screenshots?

Rogue doesn't have side missions as per say?
Icons on the map show everything the game has to offer in terms of side 'activates' such as animus fragments and chests.
Assassin interceptions are also available and are shown on the map and they're the closest to 'missions'.

Did this help?

I'm not sure what "two kite" means, but there are some things you can't do until later in the game, like unlock taverns. You also can't renovate buildings until after you have captured the local headquarters.

If memory serves, the 'two kite' icon, is for Quest collectables (such as the Templar keys needed to unlock the old Templar outfit you find in a wreaked ship).

Some of these don't show on the map however, until Shay turns full Templar.

Do you mean the icon with HF on it?

That's a location in-game.
Just like other locations you can get collectables and assassin interceptions.

Oh I get it now... its for miscellaneous activities like anything that isn't a viewpoint and etc.

If your are trying to 100% as long as you get everything viewable on the map it shouldn't matter.;)
