just make the 1940 MIG3 almost humanly impossible to take-off/land and we have a MIG1......there were more then 200 of them so........ and more of the early-war stuff makes the game better. or maby it's disadvantages are to hard to model ... or not worth the time/effort ..... you decide http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

i think making models in the quality of the il2 ones isnt a thing you do for fun, its a job that takes some time.

I think the thread author realizes the difficulty faced by modellers, and it is an interesting request given the Debate about aircraft handling. However it is not an aircraft useable for frontline war so we really don't need it in FB.

For a more detailed FM "Test Pilot" flight sim MiG~1 would be an *perfect* addition.

From Gunsten's Aircraft of Soviet Union.....

Output slowed by constant modification (only 20 by end of 1940) and VVS debut inasupicious with extreme difficulties and numerous accidents. Some ShVAK instead of UBS, others twin UBS and no ShKAS, and at leas one with original armanment plus two UBS in underwing gondolas. Attrition so high few survived to face Nazi onslaught June 1941. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif
