I'm trying to download AC 4 Black Flag from the last couple of days via play, but the client can't download the game. It's just showing download speed is 0B/s. I have 2Mbps internet connection and everything if fine except that issue. I have tried to download AC unity, Future Soldier, AC 2 but they have the same issue like AC 4,except AC revelations. Here is a snapshot of my client.

Here is the speedtest result.

You're sure it's not being blocked by firewall/antivirus?

And, at the risk of suggesting the obvious, have you tried a fresh install (BACKUP YOUR SAVEGAMES!!!)?

Yes, both windows and bitdefender firewall has turned off and after fresh install it's the same. Here is a strange fact Uplay client using the most bandwidth but no progress in the download bar.

Windows 10 I see... I had lots of problems with win 10 preventing me from downloading in certain places even though I'm an administrator....

Have you gone to the C: drive folder and clicked the right mouse button and selected properties then select the security tab then edited the permissions to allow everything...?

Checked and same result. My guess the latest update has messed up something. Even checked with virtual machine with windows 7.
