I also have lost my progress on my Apple TV. I started over and now am on adventure 3. It is stuck now, every time I try to select a new egg for another adventure it does not go there. Hopefully there is a way to get our progress back through restoring from Game Center. If not a fix to move on past my current adventure would be appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: I found my profile ID 2160, I do not want to post my email so hopefully you can resolve it with just the profile ID

Was pretty far along and made a $5 purchase...both purchase and profile are gone...my new Id is 4416 and email is the same email i registered w this site...I'm also stuck on adventure 3 (click on an egg level and it spits the little green bug guy right back out)

my *current* profile ID is 5108

i had a previous purchase on my old account of 4.99 to purchase the expansion pack. though i'm irritated at the loss of the data, i am more than irritated if my money is gone.

i had not connected my account to facebook yet. i had, for the first time, added friends last night, though. the account was still good around approx 3am, but when we awoke this morning at 7am, all was gone.

please help!

edited to add:

i am on apple tv.

also, i was able to restore my purchase, but it only restored the outfit. not the gems and such.

Lost all game progress on Rayman Adventures on my AppleTV after reaching Adventure 37(?). The occurred while switching back to game from another app last night and it restarted game as if i were playing it for first time.

I sincerely hope this can be restored otherwise I've wasted a lot of time and money.

UPDATED: Started a new game with girl character on seconds save slot, and NOW the new game is stuck. It won't proceed past "Adventure 3". I choose the ship for the next game, it reminds me that I cannot return if i proceed [OK}, it screen refreshes and nothing happens. I basically cannot use this game at all now. :(

Seems a bunch of people started having this problem between yesterday and today on the new Apple TVs, count me in the affected crowd. My profile was also completely erased, I do not know what my profile ID was.

My profile was about ~23 adventures in, ~25 creatures rescued. Two of the purple eggs. :P Never connected Facebook.

EDIT: Problem resolved. My saved game was back this morning, thanks Ubisoft.

My account completely erased as well. I was signed into Facebook but it seemed to have disconnected itself from within the app a few days ago. It still shows connected in my Facebook account settings. I put a lot of time into this game and I purchased the starter pack in-app so I really hope you can recover my account and progress.

Please integrate iCloud like you have with your other iOS apps so that I don't have to worry about this kind of thing happening in the future.

Hey, happened again on my Apple TV. Main save file is gone (~69 adventures in), but the one profile that was created during that 2 day outage is still there though. The ID of the profile that wasn't deleted is #251702 (if that's of any help, if you can find other accounts associated with the same device that is).

Opened the game up and got shuffled through the intro cinematic and the game mechanic on-boarding. Restarted the game and restarted the whole Apple TV, profile still gone.

Any ideas?

Yesterday I was having trouble with the 'cannot connect to server' issue and got to a point where I couldn't hatch my egg even when the timer ran out.

When I logged in this morning I found that data had been lost since adventure 12 (I got as far as adventure 18). I had made a lot of the progress since then but all of my creatures, gems, food and items have been lost. I also paid for the starter pack and have lost my money on that...

Sigh... Another problem

I'd like to be able to play again without starting at adventure 1 as you made the implication that this was possible. NOTE: This issue occurred late at night where earlier in the day i updated my Apple TV to new os version. I was on Adventure 70 got connection to server error code like previous case. Woke up this morning to play and game launches as if new. THIS IS NOW THE SECOND TIME IVE LOST MY GAME PROGRESS!!:mad:

Also, if you're going to keep erasing our game states and requiring us to fetch Profile IDs each time stop forcing me to go through tutorial each time to obtain it.

UPDATE 12/13/15: How much longer do i have to wait for this to get attended to?! (fixed) Is this game a finalized version or a beta?

Please get this fixed as I had made purchases on both profiles, one was on adventure 65ish and the other was adventure 50ish!

Also gems that are awarded as gifts as the flower grows are not being correctly added to any of my games, probably lost out on about 500 or more gems on each game because of this!!!

you're not alone with the gem issues. they are aware it's a problem bc i've been in a conversation with them about it. as much as it sucks you're missing gems too, i'm glad to hear it's not just me.

I had this issue before, got automagically fixed, and now have it again. My Apple TV was disconnected for about a week while I was moving, and when I hooked it back up my data was lost. I was about on Adventure 40 and had made some in-app purchases, so hopefully you can restore my data.

I have changed my device and I wasn't aware of the save system.
I though that the Facebook account link will synchronize it automatically so I doesn't have the code.

I have had no comment or contact from the forum moderators since I posted last time (10th December). I have also tried to contact Tech Sup as recommended in other posts (for a refund on in app purchases) and have had no response from anyone there. Does anyone at Ubisoft actually care about their game or gamers???

Since the update yesterday my current game worked correctly until my egg was ready to hatch, and now I cannot connect to the server yet again. Just waiting until this game gets erased....

If I have still had no comments or response by the end of tomorrow I will be contacting Apple and advising them that their "Editors Choice" game should not have even made it onto the app store as it does not work. I will be providing screenshots of the game and links to all these forum posts to show just how many people are experiencing these issues!!!

I hope to hear from someone soon.

So are there any news for people who lost their progress or is it officially gone? What's the purpose of this thread and us giving you our data? I stopped playing two weeks ago and was told that as soon as you know if you'll be able to fix this, you will let us know. Any news?

I've had this problem before as well. I'm not sure where to find my profile ID as I know longer have a game running.

I provided my ticket number via private message to the community manager over a week ago and still haven't heard anything back from them.

i'm finally able to get into 2/3 of my games, but i don't see anything for compensation yet. am i looking in the right spots?

one of my games is missing entirely, and it's my son's game.

2/3 are working again in that they are now on levels 68 and 38 (i think that's the correct levels), but gems still the same.
