Here are the latest updates.

For those who are not aware, I have written a mission briefer for IL-2 that is an alternative to the one included in the FMB. It is embedded within UQMG but works independently from it, much like UQMM (UberQuick Mission Manager) operates. It includes time saving features for the serious mission builder which can be understood by any user. Most impressive is the fact that UQMB can automatically go into the mission ".mis" file to automatically extract information, saving a lot of time interpreting information and typing.

The summary and mission information can be displayed in several languages, mind you, I don't claim perfection, but I did have help from a lot of people in putting this together. For those translations that are not 100% correct, it is a matter of a quick edit. The following are the languages supported:
* Czech
* Dutch
* English
* Finnish
* French (uses _fr.properties files)
* German (uses _de.properties files)
* Hungarian
* Italian
* Polish
* Portuguese
* Slovak
* Spanish
(Unfortunately no Rumanian speakers provided me translations, but if someone does, I will include it. It is extremely easy for me to add any latin based language. Keep in mind that IL-2 may not support all characters even with the proper translation into the IL-2 Unicode syntax for special characters.)

UQMB supports the FB Daemon DF Arena Campaign system. I will release this As Soon As Possible.

Bad News:
* Again, need someone who speaks Rumanian for that language to be included.
* As of now, neither Japanese or Russian can be supported as I understand it. It appears that IL-2 only supports Shift JIS and some other form of Cyrillic encoding, and not Unicode... and I have no way to translate Unicode to those. I need confirmation from Russian or Japanese users, if they could send me sample briefings for their versions (that is not the English/German/French release).
* UQMB will only work if you have Microsoft Office, or if you download a free small download from Microsoft that allows you to use the UNICODE text fields, which are not part of Windows by default. UQMG and UQMM will still work, but you have to have this for UQMB to work. If you do not have the fields, UQMB will automatically take you to the MS Site location for you to download the file, if you chose to do so.

Thanks for being the consumate giver of joy, UD. There is certainly no other 3rd party utility, designed by one person, that has required the amount of time that you have sacrificed to this.

May God Bless You, My Friend

Thank you tsisqua, as always.

Now for the good news... I got a hold of some Russian missions and it is all in Unicode for the _ru.properties file... It works perfectly.

So, UQMM will support it... and most likely, Japanese is in the same boat, so I will include both Japanese and Russian, I already have the translations.

I've been dying to play some of the missions created by the Russian pilots. Everyone forgets that this is primarily a Russian game. Great day for us V-Pilots, yessir!
