2/3rds the cost of FB. ...Hmmm I dunno. I guess we've been spoilt with all the missions/campaigns that all those hard-working, talented fellow players have been providing to us for free. (Thank you again).

For me, the cost outweighs the pros.

(It is a lot of missions though...Have you finished all the campaigns that came with the game??)

It's only funny til someone loses an eye....then it's hilarious

TangoMike, I believe this is the commercial version of Ossi's Barbarossa Campaign that he originally made for Il-2. It contained lengthy campaigns for German 109 and 190 careers (the 190 campaign started with 109's also, since the 190 didn't come along until 1942.) The original freeware download was well put together, and very entertaining, though I don't know if it was $20.00 worth of entertaining. The commercial release is also supposed to have additional missions and skins, and will work with FB as well. I haven't bought it though, so I can't give you any first hand experience.

I remember the "Barbarossa" missions that Ossi did way back for iL-2. It did have a lot of missions and was great fun. It was also a free download from this site. But, the specs for this one indicates that it can be run on FB. It would be an interesting addition to FB although I haven't even put a dent in the campaign missions.

The new version has been redone for FB, its not just the original version repackaged i believe, but if you want skins pop over to www.il2skins.com (http://www.il2skins.com) and pig out /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
