For our younger heroes check with a parent or guardian before accessing the forums. If a post makes you uncomfortable don’t hesitate to tell your parent or guardian immediately. Community Managers and Moderators can also be contacted through the private message feature.

Naming and Shaming

“Naming and shaming” suspected cheaters, P2W players, trolls, etc. is not permitted. Not only are these circumstances hard to prove but they often lead to further trolling, and flaming, which also falls against forum rules. If you believe you have a strong case against a suspected cheater, troll, etc. please contact Customer Support, Community Managers or Moderators immediately.

Spamming

Repeatedly posting the same post or thread in a topic, or across multiple topics, is considered spamming. Such posts will be locked, edited or removed at the Community Manager or Moderators discretion. Intentional off topic or nonsense posting is also likely to be considered spam and will receive the same treatment, especially if this takes an existing thread off topic. This applies to text, images or links which also includes;

1. Off Topic posts - Please make sure your post is furthering the discussion and on topic. If it does not fit in the current thread we have an off-topic forum for that kind of thing. A link to an off-topic thread to further a point will be permitted so long as each thread remains on its original topic.
2. Bumping - Making short posts with the sole intention of keeping topics near the top of the thread is called “bumping”. This causes unnecessary clutter and moves more active threads down the page. Persistent offenders may have their posting privileges removed

Language

As this forum is for the English Community please use English when posting (Different Languages section is exempt from this). We also ask that you avoid using the Link feature unnecessarily, using excessive “txt spk” or posting in all caps as this can be considered rude and can make posts difficult to read.

External Content

Anything linked in the forums is also subject to forum rules. All memes, pictures and articles must comply with the terms outlined in our forum rules.

Forum Search

Please check the forums before posting, chances are a previous user had a similar issue and an answer is already available. Redundant or duplicated topics/threads will be shut down and linked back to the original topic or thread.

Punishments and Appeals

All punishments will include, but are not limited to; warnings, temporary bans and account termination. All bans and account terminations must be approved by a Community Manager before they are implemented. Moderators can give an official warning without consulting with the Community Manager. The number of warnings and temporary bans may vary depending on the severity of the infractions. Players with several temporary bans risk account termination regardless of the nature of the temporary bans.
Should you feel that have been punished or given a warning unnecessarily you can appeal the decision to the Community Manger. The Community Manager will consult with the Moderators and judge the scenario accordingly. However, all decisions made by the Community Manager are final once appealed.
