Hey! I just hope that PF will have more resolutions available than FB. I always use 1280*1024, but it's not in FB... my monitor has some problems with all resolutions between 1024*768 and 1600*1200 (except 1280*1024), that's why I always use the same one. 1024*768 is ugly on a 19" and 1600*1200 lags a little bit.

For a workaround, you can input your desired resolution into the conf.ini.

I believe the side effect is that everything gets squished (circles appear as ovals), due to it not being a 3/4 aspect ratio.

Also note that whenever you use a "deviant" aspect ratio, Oleg kills a kitten...

What about the ones that use Matrox Parhelia triple-monitor setups? What happens there?

I bought a huge CRT last week...haven't got it yet, but it's a 24" widescreen (1920x1200) and Lock On has .cfg options to set aspect ratio to anything you want.

Perhaps a valid wish for PF?

Aspect whining anyone? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-indifferent.gif

Not true. Been running my 17" LCD at 1280x 1024 for 2 years now and there is no distortion.
Set Save Aspect=1 in conf.ini too.

I wouldn't join any club that would have ME as member!

Take that advice because there is no way this item will be addressed in PF.
