Try mudmovers, I'm willing to bet they have a tutorial in there somewhere. I found this link after a quick peek:

The He-111 can also be used to great effect by making a shallow dive at the target. Practice it offline to get the feel of where the bombs will hit. You can fly the plane with full control, if you prefer, from the nose gunner's position. It's easier this way since the pilot's view is heavily obstructed.

I start at about 1000 meters, although it can be started higher. The He-111 is tough and even a fairly steep dive won't pull the plane apart. Kill the throttle and lower the prop pitch to about 30% or so.

Just remember to not get too low over the target, or you'll take yourself out with the blast.

The IAS/TAS Chart found on disk one of FB is a great help in setting your bomb sight's.

For the TB-3 bomber I usually set sight's for 2000 meters and 165 km. Then I trim out for level flight at that alt. and throttle back to maintain 160. Something I have discovered is when you go into the bombadier's postion in the TB-3 is to line up your target in the clear floor panes on the far right as your looking down. Then when you go to the bomb sight view you'll be very close to, if not right on, the correct path for a successful bomb strike.

I do very little bombing in the He-111 so I can't help much there.
