I thought of a mechanism of attack and defense regarding the ranged weapons system that works using the "art of battle" system: it works only in mid-range....( i paint an archer only to explain how my system works, ut you can use axes pilums shurikens stones......)
1: two players engage both or just the archer hooks the target.
2: if it's just the pitcher to have engaged the target, he can hit the target where he wants. (if the target remains motionless to be hit  )
if the two fighters engage each other, start a fight from a distance with the same mechanical properties of normal combat.

below my wonderful creations

Cool concept and idea, however there are flaws here.

How does a ranged archer hit a "moving" target? I doubt many players would stand still. Is it a guaranteed hit? I feel it could be potentially over-powered as the "lock" feature in the "art of battle" may make it a bit too strong. Unless they make an entire new system for ranged combat.

Also, say both players are locked onto each other. The only indicator of where the arrow is coming from would be the UI, whereas with swords, you see the stance and the position of the blade. This could be a problem.

^ This is the E3 2015 reveal for For Honor where the developers played the game on stage. There is no UI here. Couple that with how many people are complaining about the UI i think that they will tone it down in the release.

At the same time it could be extremely weak. I imagine it cannot clear out the AI soldiers very well and wouldn't do well in duels.I honestly doubt it will be in the game as it would be more work not only reworking the system for both PC and Consoles.
Your English is fine by the way. :)

Ty and yep... I've seen the mistakes, after re-reading my idea.

if I tell you the truth I have no desire to see throwing weapons in ForHonor. after reading many calling for them to use in game, I immediately looked for a way to defend my warrior against them
