ok to kick off the thread what we know and what we want . first it looks like what we know is you can have different types of weapons like 2h swords ,1h swords plus shield if you wish. maybe maces? what do you think they should have? maybe 2h maces or long spears? another topic to talk about is customization and your knight what would you want him to look like? and also of course what type of play style. defensive or full on offensive? Personally i want to have a perfect balance of both . can't wait to hear your thoughts!

We will bury our blades in the flesh of our enemies. We are legion!

give me a pike. give me a double bladed battle axe. give me a war hammer. give me glorious victory!

Well from the picture you have posted above it seems we have access to a 2 handed and 1 handed sword as well as a one handed flail. Only time will tell us what else we will wield.

I think I will try to stay true to the knight by wielding a sword and a shield. I hope we will be able to hold them in an old-fashion manner. Even though the way the sword was held in the E3 gameplay looked badass, I would rather stay true to the real knight and make him look and play as traditional as possible.

I really hope for a war hammer. you can't block or parry one of those that well.

granted, being as big, heavy and unwieldy as they are, you may get fewer opportunities for a proper strike, so that would counter the immense damage it would/should cause.

This game won me over immediately thanks to the knights' helmets. Seriously, crusader-style helmets are my absolute favourite when it comes to design, so a game where all the playable knights seemingly have them as mandatory? I'm sold. Having them fight vikings completed the package. I was so entralled that it took me a good while to realize that samurai were present as well. :o

Let it be known that the Knights are the best class of Warriors.

Going Knights 100%. Hopefully they have a sword and shield class.
