When I was host in HL and run IL-2 my firewall screamed and told me that a program tried to acess Internet to transmit something to master.gamespay.com and used an ip-adress within a range without no particular owner.
Hyperlobby told me that they had nothing to do with this.

Is there anybody out there who have this experience too?

What does this master.gamespy.com do?

Is this something that came together with the game or have I been hacked?

Have I agreed to let master.gamespy.com comminicate from my computer?

What has gamespy.com to do with UBI-soft?

The fact that this programme tried to access gamespy doesn't implicate the fact that you were on hyperlobby at the time. I very much doubt Hyperlobby was the source.

I certainly wouldn't recommend allowing it permission to dial out through your firewall either.

If you run ad aware and or spybot it should clear out most spyware. Unless I am very much mistaken UBI allows some spyware as well.

In my honest opinion it should be illegal http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Actually just done a web search and doesn't look to be spyware at all am afraid.
Is it for a game you play other than FB online ?

When online games start they "anounce" themselves to gamespy so that other players can find them. Its not spyware.

I run Spyware destroying software on a weekly basis and none of the finds are ever linked to HyperLobby or IL-2, but you would be amazed at how much Spyware creeps onto your computer from other sources.
