Apparently, I was an Alpha Player lol. That's what it says next to my name on the login website. The thing is, I didn't receive an alpha code email. However when I try to apply for the beta it says my code is redeemed. Keep in mind I do have access to the private closed alpha forums. Is it safe to assume that I should be receiving a closed beta key?

Hey romin5 and welcome to the forums.

After quickly checking through your account, I can see that Closed Alpha access was given to your account on 8th April 2015 and you should have received confirmation that this had been done. However, since that time the Closed Alpha has now ended and will no longer appear in your Uplay games list.

Players who took part in the Closed Alpha do not get guaranteed access to the Closed Beta. If you want guaranteed access you would need to pre-order the game (which can be done HERE (http://rainbow6.ubi.com/siege/en-GB/buy/index.aspx)).

If you're having issues with the Closed Beta website, I would advise contacting our Technical Support Team who may be able to help further. You can do so HERE (http://support.ubi.com). Please ensure to provide any error codes you're receiving on the website in question.

Thank you for your response. I however can confirm that I had not received a code. I checked the spam, trash, and I found nothing. I also attempted to apply for the closed beta, but I found out that the code had already been redeemed. That's why I assumed I might be getting a key. I see a message displaying this. You’ve successfully secured guaranteed closed beta access. We’ll contact you via email at a later date with instructions.
