Hello all,

Iā've just completed version 1.1.1 of Quick Mission Tuner, which is a small utility to edit and manage IL2 FB mission files without having to load the game. QMT allows you to tune or tweak missions that have already been built; you can change aircraft types, fuel loads, weapon loads and start times to make a slightly different mission. You can even edit mission briefings and easily add Coop tags. It also works well with the great Demon/UberDemonā's UQMG.

QMT is available here:
http://www.netwings.org/library/Forgotten_Battles/Utilities/

And a big thank you to Netwings for hosting.

Enjoy,
Shift_E

I'm going to download this ASAP. It sound like just what I need. I usualy make one mission and then many variations on that mission. I've been using a text editor to make the variations but this sounds even easier http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Thanks Shift_E!!!

how can I modify coop missions? I apparently change the planes well, but when I save the file, it puts again the original planes in it.

Any idea? IāĀ“m usin version 1.085 because the link to the latest version didnāĀ“t work .

thanks in advance

BTW: IāĀ“m searching for good coop missions (specially with B-17 involved)

After you make changes to the mission click the update button instead of using the SaveAs option, this will write the changes to the mission file.

Yeah! Glad you decided to keep working on it!
I was just wondering how I was going to manage
without it when I upgrade to PF. Fantastic

Great program-Now for the hard question...

Is there anyway to add every map to the QMB in the game?

I must tell you ASAP on the QT, QMT should not be confused with QMB, FMB or UQMG. But it is for FB+AEP+PF.

Sorry, I couldn't help it. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Quick Mission Tuner (QMT) is a mission manager/tuner for pre-existing missions it does not generate missions.

It shouldn't matter, but the preferred method would be to uninstall, then install the new version.
