"So when Diogenes perceived that he was greatly excited and quite keyed up in mind with expectancy, he toyed with him and pulled him about in the hope that somehow he might be moved from his pride and thirst for glory and be able to sober up a little. For he noticed that at one time he was delighted, and at another grieved at the same thing, and that his soul was as unsettled as the weather at the solstices when both rain and sunshine come from the very same source."

(Dio Chrysostom "Discourse" 4.77-78)

Hey, those arent new planes, they were built 60 years ago.

I was hoping for a Raptor.. now that's pretty new!

B25 AI only. KI is German for AI. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

So long.We wish you well.
You told us how you weren't afraid to die.
Well then, so long.Don't cry.
Or feel too down.
Not all martyrs see divinity.
But at least you tried.

Flyable B25s and Ju88s later in the year then. I think it was going to be late summer.

Cheers, Spinner

What's the difference between Yak 9U and Yak 9M?
Those Yaks are all uber more then enough, so I'd like to know what has Oleg in store for us, LuftWinners http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Altitude, speed, manoeuvre and.... CRASH!

Yak-9M - the Super Yak.

VK-107 engine and all-metal fuselage. It was so superior to Luftwaffe fighters that a general order was issued - avoid combat with Yaks that don't have oil-cooler under the nose (Yak-3M and -9M) under 5000m.

Help!

Regards,

Jasko

I can`t believe even half of this list would become a reality.I don`t know how to react cuz the number of overall planes in AEP is sick.I look at the flyables list and I`m speechless. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/52.gif

With the Yak3P, Yak9UT and Yak9M we are going to see a new level of whining in the ORR forum.

Be sure....

Y`know, I`ve never been so bothered about having loads of planes to fly. I wasn`t even all that fussed when the HUrricane came along, and the Spitfire is the ONLY plane I genuinely became a little excited about. I mean the British seem one of the few to have had very little attention regarding planes, even a single ordnance is not present for us while US and German planes of loads of ordnance for nearly every one of their craft...

I still stay with and fly my favourite I16, Hurri, Lagg3, La5s (sometimes P40) and now, of course the Spit.

Anyway, I find it hard to go along with this `leap-frogging` from plane to plane, going from no.1 to no. 200(whatever), then asking for more when you`ve tried them all.

But I can understand the guys who are waiting for the plane they`ve loved all their life and really want; I hope Oleg does their aircraft.

Kozhedub: In combat potential, the Yak-3, La-7 and La-9 fighters were indisputably superior to the Bf-109s and Fw-190s. But, as they say, no matter how good the violin may be, much depends on the violinist. I always felt respect for an enemy pilot whose plane I failed to down.
