It's kind of chilling to see that formation of prisoners at a Death camp.

Looks like an Allison engine nacelle for a Lightning all right in that one pic, but it's a good bet the aircraft was a recce plane, an F-5C maybe, since it's a D-Day photo. F-5 was the photo-recon version of the P-38. A lot of F-5s were almost one-of-a-kind planes as far as camera placement goes, but right now I'm looking at a pic of an F-5C from '44 that has a camera mounted in the nose that would give that very view angle seen in the pic.

A nitpick...

That one picture is not the Tirpitz.
