View Full Version : Multiplayer Issues and Ubisoft trace route

I'm still having some problems with trials Fusion and multiplayer. I want to make you aware of the packet loss and path issues I have with my Uplay games. This has been ongoing for some time now and I don't know if there's anything you can do about it but I wanted to make you aware of it.

There seems to be a bad path around Chicago US and Montreal Canada. Uplay client seems to be unaffected by this but games are suffering connectivity issues. I've uninstalled The Crew because of this and Trials Fusion has issues intermittently because of this.

I doubt there's anything you can do but it's a big possibility that others have this same path from the US.

One moment MP is fine, then if I back out of MP when the packet loss is bad I'll get a black screen and a "Not Responding" message in task Manager. Maybe this is why people are getting failed host migration, downloading UGC forever, and the spinning Samsara logo.

If there's something you can do then great, if not then at least you know.

Hi Maddmonkey,

So I got feedback from the team who takes care of the online infrastructure. The problem with what you reported is not on Ubisoft network, so we don't have access and don't really know who's managing that.

We're going to see if we can find information though but that's unlikely.

I understand.
I didn't think there was anything you could do but anyone who takes this path will probably suffer like me. This has been going on since December and I've been waiting for it to subside.

im on PC and when i go multiplayer i have to RE-download every UGT over and over again.
Even when i played them all before.
And when its downloading the game just crashes.

Can you please fix this game for once....im getting tired of this
