Will there be a way to map separate engine throttles to each axis on the Throttle Quadrant?

If I'm not mistaken, don't we have to select each engine(s) via a keypress right now and THEN apply throttle?

Will we be able to assign/map separate engine controls to multi-engine aircraft?

(forgive the tech-noob!)
