Hi,

Anyone know which standard FB plane is most like a Spit in terms of performance?

Obviously, the 'most similar candidate' this will change throughout the war and/or with each new Spit mark, but anyone looked into this?

Cheers,
Norris

When once you have tasted flight,
you will always walk the earth
with your eyes turned skyward;
to where you have been
and to where you always want to return.

Hi,

I was going to say, 'which other thread', because I did a search for this prior to asking...and the search facility timed out.

I've now found the ad-hoc spit thread, though.

Cheers,
Norris
