Does anyone know where in the UK I can find TrackIR for sale and if so how much it is. I have done a google search etc and all I can find is links to American sites that sell it. Does anyone over here sell it? And if so what is the price in pounds sterling? I know its $109 which is rougly 60 but thats in the US and things over here tend to be more pricey. If I order it from the US I have to wait ages and also pay a fortune in delivery costs.

Second qusetion, a friend has offered me his Saitek X45 stick and throttle for a very cheap price (35). I currently use an MS Precision 2 which is a superb stick, so obviously I'm not all that interseted in the Saitek stick. What I am interested in is the throttle. Is it worth buying for the throttle alone and if yes can it be connected directly to the computer without going through the stick. Obviously I could connect both sticks up at once, but I dont see the point. Any input would be appreciated!!

Many Thanks,

LV

Got mine from

http://www.eDimensional.com/

Just make sure you follow the UK links. Cost was 60-odd squids for a TrackIR2. Well worth it.

Also rpsimulations (or something like that) do them.

Yes it is worth it... The X45 throttle is a nice one. You can use the X45 stick as a button bay..think about it. just put it off to the side oin your left within arms reach. The spring is so stiff that when you press buttons it wont move much if at all. You must connect the X45 throttle to the stick..then the stick which should be USB goes into the computer. FB will recognize multiple controllers. It is a nice setup and when programmed properly totally eliminates the need for your keyboard.

The other UK one (Naturalpoint agents) was

http://www.rcsimulations.com

However they only list TrackIR2 on their site and I don't know about payment options.
