Does anyone use the software to program the stick i have not tried it was just curious if it was any good.I love the stick and everything works great except i can not use the mode switch button or the other three setting switch button on the throttle, i thought maybe the software would help me to use them but would like to know from other X45 owners first. One more thing was wondering what settings you guys use for the pitch yaw and roll i use my old settings for my old cyborg stick and they seem to work fine.thanks

I use the SST software and it's excellent for IL2 configuration.

All buttons and switches are assignable. There's still some advantage to some of the 3rd party driver/profile packages such as Dhaumzizer/hazardscript for rolling macros but for 99% of users the Saitek SST is perfectly useable.
