Man, I saw some uber sweet pics of the 110 cockpits posted during developement. How does the rear gunner turn around to work the bomb sight? I cant believe this tug is supposed to pull a stuka manuever. And its a lot safer from 3k to vulch the base, then dive in and cannon the leftovers.
The 110 pit has got to be one of my favoritest. Next to the 262 and the Hurricane its outstanding
Picked the furthest base last night, got to 5500k with a bomb load, all the while to the base I kept trying the same keys that work with the TB3, the He-111's...anyone know the magic?

dam....its the first? Nope, not a prank, however I must admit getting old enough not to have thought of something already...LOL
somebodies got to remember those pics of the 110 posted, remember the canvas seat the rear gunner sat on, they showed a pic of the rear gunner turned around. I'm dying to find, been searching here to no avail.

This might be an April Fools Day post, but I'll bite.

Hawgdog, there is no bomb sight. The 110 is basically a JABO. Pilot and Gunner, that's it.

No, no no, not a prank...dam maybe I should have posted this last night when I thought about it.
The flyable V-2 is a hoax, but not this one.

Where are the pics posted during developement? Maybe I could find it in there. Maybe (I just read the object description in the game) the pics that were posted showed more than they modeled in i.e. I guess the rear gunner only needs to see out the back.

It is possible. I saw CrazyIvan's screen shots of the navigator cockpit. Then i started a game I couldn't move from gunner positionhttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif.

Just wait, some Bf110 pilots will give instructions.

I KNEW IT!
I still cant find the pics, but I was digging the screenies, but didnt look hard enough to see if it was a radio or what.
Anyone have the link to those pics?
Thanks

The only way I know of to look at the radio operator's position is to use the hatswitch or view keys to look behind while in the gunner's position. But then you probably already knew that. Behind the gunner you've practically got an appliance store stacked floor to ceiling. There seems to be a couple inoperative radar screens among the hardware. You can also look down and see your canvas seat.

I doubt know that we'll ever see a functional night fighter in FB, since this would require a lot of programming and the team already has other projects. The 3d modelling for the 110 looks complete, no doubt the modellers were hoping a Wild Boar variant could be implemented in the future.

Maybe in some future patch of BoB onboard radar and nightfighting can be implemented. Of course, hopefully by then AIs won't be able to see through clouds and darkness. Of course by then we'll all have rocket cars and rocket skates and probably won't be interested in playing games any more.
