View Full Version : Get Creative! - Enter for a chance to win and All-expenses trip to E3!

Hello Uplay Gamers,

It's time to break out those creative skills and get to work if you want to stand a chance of winning an all-expenses paid trip to E3 in Los Angeles.

That's right... we're currently holding an event that could very well result in up to 6 lucky people attending E3 later this year in June. Winners will be invited to join us in the Uplay Lounge where you'll have the opportunity to meet some of the developers, meet other members of the community and there just might be a few games for you to play.

The task is simple... if you have the flair for it.

From the 8th of April we want you to create an original piece of artwork representing your love for your favourite Ubisoft game. This artwork should include your favourite character along with an appropriately themed background. Once you have done that simply upload your image on uplaylounge.com (http://bit.ly/1apCTIj) before the 30th of April and you could be in with a chance to win this amazing trip.

If you're stuck for inspiration, check out some of the winning entries from our previous E3 contest.

Furthermore there are also a number of consolation prizes available for the runners up including a year's worth of games on PC for up to 3 lucky people as well as a host of other individual games for up to 20 honourable mentions.

A detailed set of requirements can be found today on

So head on over there and start getting creative!

We look forward to seeing the winners at E3 in June.

I am really sorry if I am doing that in the wrong thread, but may I ask a question?
About the "Only one character"-line in the Rules: does that mean that I cannot submit an artwork in which two or more Ubisoft characters are portrayed? In the current gallery there are a lot of such pieces. And I remember 2014's winners, and there was one such artwork.
Thanks so much for helping me.

Hello RetrievedHeart,

Thank you for contacting us with your question; you can see a list of last years winners here (http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/880963-Uplay-Fan-Art-amp-Fan-Video-Contests-The-winners), though not all of their entries are shown. I don't have details on that specific part of the rules, but as the rules state that only character can be included, then I think it's pretty clear what the criteria the judges will be looking for are.

That doesn't stop you from submitting artwork that includes multiple characters, but the judges should be aware of the rules, so it's unlikely you'd win if your image doesn't conform to them.

It's the third time I submit my fan work (the exact same one), and obtained the message saying the loading was successful, but no sign of my artwork since then. I tried this monday and tuesday. Is it the verification by the sponsor that takes so long? How do I know it will me uploaded by the 30th? I'm a bit nervous that my artwork arrives on time, I've spent a lot of time and work on it, it would be a shame to get stuck because of a technical problem...

In advance, thank you

Hello Pink_heresy,

Thank you for contacting us with your question. When the contest closes for new entries, the submission button will be removed and you won't be able to submit your entry. As long as you have submitted it before that point, it will have been received as an entry for the contest. As you suggested, entries do need to be vetted before they will be made visible on the Uplaylounge website, so it's possible that your work is not yet visible because it has yet to be looked at by the team who are handling entries. I am not however part of that team, so I cannot check directly to see what has or has not been received.

Thank you so much, hopefully everything will be ok.

Have a nice day.

Posted this in the old thread trying to rush, a few hours ago.

Just found out about this contest last night, so was only able to spend a quick minute on this sketch (wish I could do more) and thought you'd keep it open for submissions until at least Hawaii turned midnight :(

If it's possible, please accept this into the contest. I'm not trying to win the contest necessarily, but I'd just like the judges to see my submission, as I think Assassin's Creed Egypt would be a great idea :)

Mahalo for hosting this awesome contest!

Hello Element5541,

Thank you for contacting us. In general, contests are run based on French time, but you should be able to see the timings listed in the rules for the contest. Unfortunately, once the submission form has been disabled on the Uplay lounge website, no new entries will be accepted.

Awww, too bad. Well could you at least pass on the idea? :-) thanks for your reply, it's appreciated.

Hello again Element5541,

Unfortunately I don't really have any input with regards to new game ideas. If you have specific ideas you'd like to see, I can only suggest that you discuss them on the Assassin's Creed forum and maybe the community team there will see the discussion about it: http://forums.ubi.com/forumdisplay.php/27-Assassin-s-Creed
