You can use a text editor like NotePad and go into the key file and delete them manually. Just leave blank white space after the Label.

Forgot the file name, its been awhile since I fixed mine the way I like it.

Okay, its a text file in the "User" folder. "default" maybe.

Just retype the key again... Let's say you have assigned "F" for Flaps Up. Typing the "F" again will clear it.

Make is so it has 1 assignment, then assign that one to something else (will blank it out) Takes awile but its good to blank them all out and start from scratch, putting all the controls where you think they should be.

If you want to get rid of "Bail out", assign your engine start key to Bail Out twice, then assign it back to engine start.
