Hello, first of all let me just say that your last 2 silent hunter titles were great and that the next one looks promising.
Now to the questions:
1) can you tell us what kind of machine would be required to run SH3? If you can't specify can you at least "guess" the video card and memory at least?
2)Your world map in the SH2 wasn't realistic as one might expect. I.E. in geograpy there are several types of map projections such as cone and cyllinder projections. Yours (in SH2) was cyllinder which of course wasn't realistic in regions closer to Earth poles. Do you plan making this more realistic in SH3?
3) Your map was smaller then the real world. I know this because of the coastline of my country (Croatia, Adriatic sea) which is 5000km long and which I have travelled many times (both in real world and in SH2). Do you plan making this more realistic?
4) Have you considered making cities or more important cities at least more realistic? It would be nice that you mark more cities all around the world on the map. Also, it's ridiculous that you can't go to London by Thames river. Any plans on rivers too?
5)Do you plan making a lot of small ships that would go around random such as fishing ships that were present in SH1? It would be a nice touch...
6) Why everybody that make WW2 related games avoid the Nazi cross? Is it illegal in USA or UK? I'm not a Nazi simpatizer but it would be nice that subs that had the cross have it for the sake of realism. People would be reminded who the U-boats were fighting for.
7) Will it be possible to colide with a sinking ship while underwater?
8) The planes in SH2 were laughably strong. Now I'm not saying that the planes weren't the u-boat worst enemy, but do you have any idea how hard it is for a pilot to aim with such precision such as in SH2? I.E. when the plane is about 4-5k meters away I go maximum speed and turn the rudder full when he get's close. The planes' accuracy isn't affected by this in any way. Planes WERE dangerous in late war, but not untill the device for determening the ships and subs course was invented (I can't remember it's name).
9) DUD torpedoes. It happened to me a few times that 8 or 9 of mine torpedoes were DUD. Now they were a German product, it's IMPOSSIBLE that 90% of them were DUD.

Thank you, keep up the good work and please reply if you can.

(LOL) I wanted to do that too, i wonder how hard it would of been for a U-Boat, sneaking up the Thames.

LOL deckgunning the big ben or what??? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

But really, it would be cool to be able to go on some rivers. One could visit London before the war (the first mission in SH2 was against 3 Polish destroyers, England was neutral), or have a look at Hamburg http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif. I remember beeing on Lake Michigan in AoD once http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif. That's not vital for a subsim, but such things make it better just because it adds a lot of atmosphere. And it would not be real if one couldn't go where they were able to go IRL.

http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/59.gif This team nor their publisher (UBI) had or has anything to do with SH1(2).

Have you read this FAQ (http://www.silent-hunteriii.com/uk/faq.php) yet?
