HellsAngel is the new team for international competitions it will be considerate like a "foreign legion" with a mix of already existent squads members or solo fighters.

If you wish to be in the list just tell me.
The first Objectif is to fight Team USA and the others on the fallowing Matchs.

ANyone from any countries can be part of it. should at list speak English at minimum or French .
Own Team speak server and IL2 server.

What Baldie said.

Don't go there, seriously.

It will only lead to trouble.

Baldie is of course referring the the Hell Angels motorcycle club, which is by far the largest organized crime group in Canada and many other parts of the world...

Of course Hell Angels owes its origin (in name anyways) to the AVG, so I don't see why it can't be used...

Lmao....Baldie must be joking.

What do you think the dire consequences could possibly be?

A group of long haired, leather-clad, pissed up bikers start posting threatening messages on this forum because their name has been stolen http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Do you think they may also ride through cyberspace on their badly sprayed, matt-black computers looking for a bunch of computer geeks (no offence intended) who have used the same name for their squad.

Why don't they really piss someone off by calling it McHellsAngels or Microhellsangelsoft.

I'm sure that they have better things to do with their time.

What do you prefere "HellsAngels" or "TheMotorheads'"

So who want to join to fight versus some well organized country teams? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Ok internet-tough guy.

Since you seem to be clueless:

Since the name is internationally trademarked, they could easily get a judge to force Ubi to give up thier logs. After they've gotten IP address/ dates/ times, they just go to the ISP of the offender with more court-ordered paper work and get your name, number, address, eye color, whatever else your isp keeps on file.

After they have finished with you in court, THEN you get robbed every tuesday and your children start breaking bones on swingsets.

It doesn't matter if you think its right or not: what matter is they own the name legally and they have all the power when it comes to using that name.

Something tells me you don't laugh at tornados or rattlesnakes. I surely can't understand why you would make light of this particular dangerous situation.

As you can see in the home page of Hells Angels at http://www.hells-angels.com/ under history, they got their name from WWII aviation so how wrong can it be to use the name when re-enacting WWII air combat? Do they own history as well?
I dont think Baldie is scared of the HA, more trying to uphold the "fear" for this group.

As long as you are not using it for commercial purposes . . . I don't see a problem.

Hmmm, I just tend to stay away from them altogether.

Here in Quebec, the biker gangs (Hells Angels and The Rock Machine) have run amuck. We get murders and car bombings and all sorts of mayhem on a regular basis.

EVERYBODY is scared of them and they pretty much do what they want.

Best thing is to forget about messing with their name and just don't bother with them.

Why would you want a sim-squadron that is undeniably going to be associated with a motorcycle club?
With a not so good reputation to boot.
