1. Thou mustnt hupe.
2. Thou mustn't leap before looking. (Do not buy the game before reading embargo-ed reviews and DO NOT Pre Order unless you want to fancy yourself with an April Fool's joke)
3. Thou must criticize the E3 Demo reveal badly. (Do not board the hype train when E3 arrives this year and instead troll through the internet begging Ubisoft to NOT remove features they show at E3 demos. Praise the demo too much and Ubisoft will believe that their game is getting too good and will attempt to tone down their game)
4 Thou better buy the game after most of the patches roll. (Or, all you'll get is a "bug+glitch" fest. Not a game)

Since AC III, no more hyped for me..........
This.
I can't for the life of me get hyped for any AC anymore and if I do, I will never be hyped like I was for AC3.
AC3 was the hypest game ever for me. I never looked forward to a single game like that.

But oh well, I guess it's a good thing. At the end of the day, I will never be as disappointed in a game like that ever again.

I'll try not to hupe

Honestly, I don't trust day 1 reviews. That's one of the reasons people disliked Connor from the start, they read the reviews by people who played nothing but the main missions and called Connor an emotionless plank

I'll roll them all into one.

Truthfully I believed that AC4 was gonna be good because I felt what they were trying to go for, Ash really knew what he was talking about. I really didn't like ACU that much, I was really disappointed at the e3 demo. All that excited me was the graphics. However I did believe that the story could be great and was disappointed again... so I am really not excited for Victory at all... I actually think it's going to be crap! I did pre order unity but that won't happen with victory... and if it does it will be the standard edition and not the $/100 edition.

Everybody should buy their Next AC game whenever they Want to - But don't be fooled into believing You'll be able to play it as it was intended until at least 3-6 Months after launch .

That's quite sad really, although AC3 disappointed me, I still enjoyed being hyped for it. Hype in itself is quite a bit of fun...

2015 my money pocket will have no expenses at all for AssassinsCreed. February 2016 is the earliest date possible for me to have Victory.

It's probably wiser just to not hype ANY game. I've only ever gotten crazy hyped for two games (RDR and AC3) and while one of them was absolutely stunning, the other crushed a little piece of my soul. Try to guess which :p I'm moderately excited for Victory, since I think it can pull an AC4 and build from its predecessor's promising foundations, but if it turns out to be crap, it ain't gonna break my heart. Well, okay, it kind of will, because I'll be pissed that they squandered such an awesome setting on a crap game. But I won't have any qualms about skipping it, I should say.

But it takes away the upcoming fun when the game comes out....
Instead there should be reviews to provide "Ignorance is bliss" factor that badly insults a good game. So when gamers try it out (with low hopes) their jaws will hit the floor and there'll be threads all over the internet saying "This game was a sleeper hit.", "An underestimated masterpiece" etc.

If you do hype the game up, don't blame ubisoft for your disappointment. More often than not, people get some kind of world altering expectation about games and when the game inevitably doesn't destroy the universe with how awesome it is, no matter how good it actually is, people go on to just blame the makers for their own false image of what the game could have been. They have blundered, this is true, but they haven't blundered as much as people make it out to be. I would also advise lowering your hype bar for games in general.... No game is perfect, without flaws, or without bugs, whether minor or otherwise. Do this, and you'll likely post less hate on the forums and have a happier outlook on gaming as a whole...

These days I don't get hyped for any game. If you ask me what are my most anticipated games in 2015 I'd ask you which games are coming out in 2015. Maybe I am moving out of this phase.. :(

The only commandment for me is if it says "Assassins Creed" on the title ill buy it; even if it gets negative reviews. I've reached the point of no return, i'm trapped. I need help.

I just realized that 2015 might be crawling with all the anticipated games to be displayed/announced at E3:
-The Witcher 3
-Batman Arkham Knight
-Dishonored 2 (Most probably since Bethesda is holding their own conference in E3)
-Hitman 6 (to be announced in E3)
-Watch Dogs 2 (Very likely for a teaser 2 years early. Get ready, big hype building demo might be displayed considering they want to make the 'AC2>>>AC1 leap')
-DOOM reboot
-Mass Effect 4
-Star Wars BAattlefront
-Fallout 4
-Just Cause 3
-Uncharted 4
-The Division
-Rainbow Six Siege etc etc.

Go play other open world games. I'm sure u'll get lost in them.

Don't forget the next Splinter Cell. Really hoping for that too. Plus friggin RDR3 or Agent, but Rockstar never does E3.

That's stupid. Not only is it impossible, it's also bad for the devs who need fan feedback (good or bad) in order to deliver the best experience they can on the next game.

Look what fan feedback did to Unity. Since the fans complained that Black Flag didn't have bugs and glitches (by not complaining over the internet that the game has those), Ubisoft took that 'feedback' and added bugs and glitches (thinking that bugs and glitches could be an awesome new 'unexpected, unpredictable' feature that fans missed from AC3.). That's why fan feedback can hurt. Unity was everything fans asked for (apart from the terrible story, short campaign, bugs and infinite glitches) and look how it turned out.

Which fans???????

There are fans that want to be this invincible force of nature being able to kill waves and waves like if it were nothing. Others are looking for a full naval simulator and such. I Personally I think the combat needs to be more challenging and after warrior creed QTE 3, open mission design and real assassinations had to return. Thing is that due to annualization is pretty clear that the developers didn't have enough time, sadly.......
