Salute All

I am not particularly wealthy, but I am prepared to offer a new ATI 9800Pro or NVidia FX5900 for completion of a Spitfire Vb and Spitfire IXLF for FORGOTTEN BATTLES. Both planes should be either clipped or non clipped wing varieties.

The Spit Vb and IX LF are essentially the same aircraft with a different engine, and minor changes externally. Therefore essentially they are one modelling job.

I am picking these models of the Spitfire, because the Vb flew in southern Russia, in the Kuban and Crimea on the front during '43/'44.

And the Spitfire IXLF flew in Normandy during '44, and therefore will fit with the Normandy map we likely will be getting with the Addon.

The planes must be completed and accepted by Oleg in time for the Addon.

Lol. You may have a taker. Let me see how things go with my current projects, and how much is done with the Spits. I could do the externals easy, but the cockpit will be a bit of a pain. From what I remember, the cockpit was beign done by someone else.

Im sorry, but I wont let someone new have it. Its needed to much to train someone on it. You can train on ground objects http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Gib, the MK9 is being made by Slava but he already said he isn't going to make a cockpit for it.

The MKV project hasn't even been started yet.

The only one working on a cockpit is Fievel who is modelling a cockpit for the MK14.

hmm. As a Spit lover I am impressed by your offer, RAF74BuzzsawXO. Unfortunately, I cannot do much at all on my side except whine a bit (which I hate), and keep a vigil.

I can only say thanx for your attempt to make the Spit happen...
