I just saw some airplane models in a coworker's office that I think many of us might like.

They are made by 21st Century Toys and are very detailed and large. Here are a few shots.

There are also some nice die-cast models made by Armour Models, but apparently they are out of business and the models are expensive. My buddy had a nice model of Richard Bong's "Marge" P-38 from Armour.
