No official list have been posted but some planes has been said (by someone official) to be flyable, some has been labeled flyable by the community.

We can expect the planes from FB that were present in the PTO, i.e. P-38, P-39, P-40, P-51, A6M, Ki-84 and so on.

Some new ones are, F4U, F4F, F6F, Avenger, B-25, the japanese planes have not been shown very much but the A6M2-N will be a flyable.

How about flyable BOMBERS like Devastator, Dauntless, Helldiver & Avenger?
And Japanese D3A Val & B5N Kate, will those be flyable?

Hi guys....first time poster, so it will be an achievement if I even do it right!
Just wondering if anyone knows when a list of planes, maps, campaigns etc. will be posted for PF.
I'm hoping for P40B/C for Pearl Harbour Attack(providing we will have the map-anyone know?) and P40N.
Will be great if they include NZ campaign as my Grandad was with 4(SU) in Guadalcanal, New Georgia and Bougainville - any word on those maps?

I've seen nothing official on the P-40B model, but there was one in development and I have a feeling it will be in the game either upon its release or later in a patch...nothing official, just a strong feeling

S!

Somone please tell me we will get the Ki-61, the Tony. I mean we were getting Dev Updates on this ages ago when they said we might get it in AEP and no one had even heard of PF.

One can only hope we finally get it in PF cause no ones ever explained why it wasn't in AEP. I can only assume it was held back deliberatly.

I've heard rumours http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif that Oscar is more manouverable than Zero2. + it is equipped with only 2 MG's (7,62? as far as I remember http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/crazy.gif) so by all means it is bird for me http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/heart.gif. Yeah, basically the Oscar was to the ***anese Army what the Zero was to the ***anese Navy.

From what I've read it is indeed lightly armed but very maneuverable.

I really like the P.11, but I'd guess the Oscar would have the edge.

Yes, Hayabusa was faster, a little better armed (two 13mm versus four 7,62 arranged for wide dispersion), and was equally maneuverable. Only advantage for the P.11c being far more tough -despite many people around here believe, was a full metal, cantilever monoplane- and more able than FB specs could make think.

But Oscars were a more modern concept. Nates is another thing, but they were incredibly turning aircraft.
