We need some big fire type objects in FMB for burning towns, airbases, bridges, etc. After towns are bombed all to bits it would be nice to be flying around a burning town.

We need a timeout so they'll at least start when we need'em. It would be cool to be able to set the length of time the burn, but if they burned as long as a downed aircraft that would probably be enough.

Noticed something weird....

Place a *large* number of campfires near each other and they become a huge bonfire visible much brighter in the distance (at night). However, if you add so many campfires, some go out. The sim only supports so many campfires at one time I guess.

Air dropped flares would be Awsum too. I know they can be made to light up the ground, because long ago I flew P~47 at night and fired the guns at high altitude (~6 km) and the map lit slightly for kilometers around--must be the 8x 50 cal muzzle flashes. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif Actually I think that firing the guns just makes everything you see light up, including the ground far below although not near as much as inside the cockpit.
