Hi Everyone,

So I know there's been quite a few people who have experienced the bug that causes Bundle Content to not show up after purchasing it. Please, Please reach out to Customer Support (CS) for reimbursement. They will be more than happy to help you out with this.

As a screen shot of your purchase may be necessary for reimbursement, I would suggest using an internet browser to contact Customers Support. Going this route allows you to upload any Screenshots and the ability to select Category: Ubishop / Billing.

So I purchased the riders club monthly subscription. For the first two days I received my diamonds and coins. Since then I have received nothing. I contacted customer support multiple times and have gotten no response. Help?!??
