ive posted not one, but two threads over at the support like about a week ago and nothing!!
no answer what so ever!!

im losing my minnnnnnnnnd
please heeeeeelp!

how can i contect the support?!?!

I would reccomend a (https://www.google.co.uk/search?biw=1245&bih=789&q=ouija+board&spell=1&sa=X&ei=Rr7YVOq8ENT5aoLxguAF&ved=0CBoQvwUoAA)ouija board some incense and a lot of patience.

But seriously try posting in the tech support forum you will at least get a reply from a forum user. Ubi's support on this game seems to have disapeared. We where told another patch is in the works a few weeks back by Mr Shade but silence since. I suspect suport has been abandoned until the next dlc, (china) if that ever appears.

mr shade has said work on patch five is continuing a few times now one example here

Do to budget costs, they fired half the support team. XD

Are you blind or something? Technical support don't work anymore, i opened a ticket 1 month ago and they just say they are working on it and that was more than three weeks ago, and in the mean time they closed my ticket three times without an answer but i reopened it anyway..... So much for your support..... pointless....

I received an answer from Ubisoft Support 40 days after my question about the little white dots we see when we choose another mode than FXAA.

The answer begins with the explanation about this delay and the fact that they have to deal with a lot of questions... I hope for them than the next ubi games will be less buggy.
