Why is it that I see ppl run this game nice with a gtx 760 40Fps on high at 1080p, while I can't run it at low with those rates...
also they sometimes have a worse CPU (mine's 3770)...
Anyone please HELP I've been putting this game aside for 4 months now..

I doubt that they are running it at 40fps at high at 1080... that is gtx 970 level..... if you check this thread http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/1005198-which-graphics-card-should-I-buy-to-play-Assassin-Creed-Unity-smoothly-And-why you will see YazX has posted a chart and the 760 is lower than the gtx 770 ... and another guy with a 760 says he uses 900p in windowed mode.

As your card is below spec I would advise lowering resolution and make sure everything in the settings that can be turned off, is turned off, but you should still be able to raise the settings from low to medium or high as it doesn't seem to make a lot of impact until you go above high.

Hello! As Strigoi said yeah it's me, running the game 32-45 fps 900p windowed mode everything set at low with FXAA and SSAO (FX 6300 so you should have a better performance

I had a similar problem (with a different cutscene). Try setting the game at 1280x720 and everything to low. After you get past the part where the crash occurs, you can restore the settings to how you normally play the game.
