I still have this problem. I reported the issue using the in-game support request option on 2/6 and it is now 2/12 and I haven't heard anything at all from anyone. I also attached a copy of the iTunes receipt to the support request using my web browser. Is anyone ever going to help me? It would be nice if I could get reimbursed for it before the bundle discount expires so that I have the opportunity to buy it again.

They finally fixed this for me today. They credited the items to my account and I just had to "Download Progress from Server" when the message popped up in game. Thanks!
