Rename files UbisoftLogo.bk2 and pc_TWIMTBP.bk2.
Then in the <path-to-game>\videos\your locale folder rename files warning_disclaimer.bk2 and pc_WarningSaving.bk2.

Install the latest Nvidia drivers that came out yesterday.

At least to me, it greatly improved things. It even seems to haved included an SLI fix without having to delete the videos.

Hi guys, can you please try this and post back if it has improved / vanished?

The flickering is neither worse or better with the new Nvidia Driver....

Did you do a clean install of the new nVidia drivers? For my 660 SLI setup which doesn't even meet the minimum requirements, these new drivers were like the difference in night and day. Before, ACU was just absolutely unplayable between the stutter and the flickering. Now not only is SLI working for me without having to do the video workaround, the stutter is non existent for me. The only thing that has changed unless Ubi snuck a patch without telling anyone is the nVidia drivers.

It would have helped if the knucklehead who wrote that had remembered that a clean driver install turns off SLI. Sorry guys, the drivers providing a SLI flickering fix is a false alarm. Turned out I was running in single card mode. Going back to SLI restores the flicker unless I do the workaround, but I still do see some really good performance gains besides that and the stutter is still gone.

Sorry everyone, I shall now go introduce my forehead to a wall as penance.

This works for me totaly fine - not flicker glitches anymore and im using 2 GTX 980 but the performance is still a problem - 40-50 fps on single card and 40-60 fps with SLI lol
