First of all how do you turn tracers off? as slow as the bullet tracers move it takes away the effect that the gun is powerful. also the smoke trail on the sniper rifle is kind of annoying. secondly how can i make bullets do more damage? sometimes it takes a full clip on the mp5 to bring someone down.

Why would you want to make tracers turn off? I agree with the sniper smoke trail, but even this isn't that bad. Making bullets do more damage...??? Why not give everyone a RL?

A real silenced MP5 is like that, that's why the rate of fire is so high.

The idea is to play the game with the features it has. Otherwise, search on the net for the cheats, and have fun...

velocite... there is a realistic mod arround, name says it all. search www.farcryhq.com ... but i think wich it u can only play on servers wich have this mod activated.

Try shooting them in the head, otherwise you have to wear down the health and armour. Headshot detection is another matter!

im not talking about multiplayer, i dont even play it... im talking about single player. so is there a command line i can use to turn off bullet tracers? or something i can edit to make bullet do more damage?

I agree totally with velocite here, except about the tracers on the normal guns.
The silenced mp5 is damn weak but rememeber its only a 9mm sub machne gun. they should increase all bullet damage by 20% though.
I HATE the smoke trail on the sniper rifle aswel!

The smoke trail on the Sniper is good in a way in that you can see where the shots are coming AT you from... provided you're not nailed by it first

Uh, no it isnt. A silenced MP5 shoots a bullet just under the speed of sound. Even with this mysterious armour that you can pick up, you still aren't going to take the 15-20 rounds people often do in this game. That's "only" 20 baseball bat swings to the exposed ribs. Wow!

As for headshots, I dont think you even can headshot the "Trigents."

And yes, the sniper-rifle trail is the dumbest thing I've seen in quite some time.
