when a terrorist surrenders do you
a.) handcuff him?
or
b.) shot him?

i usely just zoom in on him and shot him between the eyes
but i have handcuff them before and as soon as i moved on far enough away he passed me hopping down the sewers and i tried to shot him then and you couldn't.
so i was wondering what everyone else did when they tried to surrender to you.

I shoot.. cuffing/securing would be better if they also removed the Tango's weapon and whacked'em over the back of the head or something.

This might be a dumb question but how do you make a terrorist surrender??

they surrender by themsleves, its very rare tho.

and after you cuff them, u cannot shoot them.

if you flash them and shoot a lot, they get scared and give up. no question is a dumb question, if you dont know

Use sheer overwhelming firepower and force and they get scared and surrender.... or maybe if you surprise them they'll also do it.. something like that, there is no action you perform to get them to surrender.

Often I've seen them surrender when their buddy next to them goes down under a torrent of fire!
