Ok, I'm absolutely in love with this game and have built a new system pretty much because I want to be able to enjoy LOMAC at the highest level possible.
Problem: When flying ONLINE, the game behaves perfectly for the first 5 minutes or so. The cockpit will then suddenly dissapear leaving only the attena or some small detail. If I view external, the only thing visible is the environment. nothing else. Soon after that the game will hang or CTD.
Flying OFFLINE, I can enjoy LOMAC in all it's glory for an indefinite time. No problems whatsoever. Anyone have tips for me?
Specs:
Gigabyte 9800 Pro, latest cats (.10's)
Xp 3000+ Barton 333 (39â?C)
A7N8X Deluxe nForce 2 (latest official BIOS 1007) (29â?C), latest official Nvidia nForce drivers.
Xp Pro
DX 9.0b
120 gig Seagate sATA HDD
Settings: Everything to max except water on LOW, medium terr, 50km preload. 16 bit settings.
AA X2
Aniso X4
Vsync app control.
No Firewall, AV or anything else running in background, except ASUS Probe.
If anyone has any tips I would really appreciate it.
