For those things I can see, this game emulates more some things of SH1............ wich I play and enjoy too much up today...........

Well if we get a demo, odds are against the truelly dynamic campaign
since a scripted (****e!) mission is easier to make into a demo

If those words (or something very similar) appear in a official statement... i won't need a demo, i'll preorder it 30 seconds after reading those words

But: a training mission (you know, arcade style just to show you how stuff works etc.) would make a good demo! we could see how everything handles and more importantly see if our computers could run the game lol

Like the movies I hear also games are under a budget. Although I would love to have a demo I would rather see the dev team make more additions to the game and concentrate on the final product. I'm sold already on getting SHIII by just screenshots.

Yes, there will be a demo! This sounds for me that there will be definitiv a demo...

That will be good news. Watch the servers be hit hard for the demo. I hope there will be a few links. Would be nice to try out the demo. Good for practice and to see what she can take when battles strike. I bet it will be a looping demo of the glacier with that battleship as we have seen before if anything.

I think the demo is a big waste of time. Making a Demo for a game is like Hitler deciding to halt the drive on Moscow to sweep up 750,000 raggedy-*** Russians in Kiev.

If your marketing folks say you will sell more copies by having a demo, tell them you will sell more copies by making a near-perfect game.

Don't even waste a week of your time on a demo, and it will probably take twice that long at least.

Please forget about the demo, and allocate that most precious resourse, time, to working on the simulation itself.

I perfer there to be no demo. Would be nice to see if they could just make a slipstreamed version of the game as long as it doesnt take away from the devteams programming and beta testing of our SHIII final product.

21 times, possibly more a SHIII demo was asked. We must be more patient. I'm sure the dev team isn't going to give us a demo thats buggy. Think of a proto-type car. You wouldnt be impressed if the proto-type car smoked,stalled, or fell apart would you?
