Brushes don't cast & recive lightmaps from terrain.

At screen you can see what objects (stairs) dont cast lightmaps from terrain.
Do anyone know how to fix that problem?
Function "Generate Lightmaps" not fix that problem.

Terrain does not cast lightmaps on brushes

Have you tried putting dynamic lights above the stairs because in the levels made by crytek I have also seen allot of dynamic lights.

Ok... but Brushes, Vegetation don't receive shadows to terrain

As your whole ladder is inside terrain and completly in shadow, you can just apply darker material to simulate it yourself

Object receive light map (shadow) only to itself.

Shadows won't appear on the terrain, until you regenerate the surface textures.

Nothing 
C3DEngine::MakeSectorLightMap: Requested image size is bigger than size of current renderer window. This problem will be fixed in future releases.
