Sorry, I only speak a little english. You mean that you can`t drive with the hovercraft in the factory?
If yes, then you must shoot at the Alpha-Shuttle before the Factory.

What part are you stuck on? You're in the factory and not the slaughterhouse, right? The factory is where you fight those egg-shaped robot things and have to find a fuse to fix the elevator.
Give me more specifics and I'll see if I can help.

Ok, i am stuck on the Factory 2 FINAL BOSS.

You gotta get him to fall down by having DoubleH jump or smack his leg on one side, then you hit the leg on the other. Then when it falls, its front and back gate things around its head will fall open and you have to aim and shoot in there with the gyrodisks. Took me a while, too, but you'll get it eventually. I think you have to hit it 4 or 5 times or something like that, and it gets harder each time cause the gate stays open for less and less time.
