MSI FX5950U/ P4 3.2Ghz. Actually with MSIâ´s 61.21 was a bit faster but the 61.77 gave nicer image and sound and I can live with the loss of 1 fps ( Just shot down 3 Yakâ´s 9 )

    Hello,

    Download link:

It looks like there is some problem with Microsoft SideWinder Game Controller Software 4.0 & the new nVidia ForceWare 61.76 WHQL or 61.77 driver. When you move the controller (SideWinder Precision Pro 2 FFB), there is a huge frame rate drop. That does not happen with 56.72 or any previous drivers. Does anyone had the same problem? Tested in IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles & Ace Expansion Pack 2.04 with DirectX 9b and DirectX 9c.

    Thank you.

    My system:
    Windows XP SP1 & updates
    All WHQL drivers
    Pentium 4 @ 2 GHz and 512MB Rambus
    nVidia GeForce4 Ti 4600
