ive finished my skin and gavs skin and created a new mission to test them out but mine came up all white. It looks kinda funny. It is in the shape of the original soldiers and all white no color at all.

Who cares? Just be an albino warrior!!

If you're worried about camouflage and blending in, just do a mission in the snow in Finland or something!

Nah Gav,....it would really look funny! Give the man a pair of red eyes too! That would be freaky!

I've changed some actors kits and some of them also turn out with a white (ALL white!) gun in their hands...

You need to assign the texture-files in the atr-files for actors, and ofcourse place the texture files in the character folder (atr in actor-folder).

atr-file:

[ActorFile>
[VersionNumber>1.000000[/VersionNumber>
[ArmorLevel>0[/ArmorLevel>
[ActorName>[/ActorName>
[ModelFace>npc_us_pow_1ver_head.rsb[/ModelFace>
[BlinkFaceName>npc_us_pow_1ver_head_blink.rsb[/BlinkFaceName>
[ModelName>npc_us_pow_1ver.chr[/ModelName>
[LOD2>npc_us_pow_1ver_a.chr[/LOD2>
[LOD3>npc_us_pow_1ver_b.chr[/LOD3>
[Weapon>1[/Weapon>
[Stamina>1[/Stamina>
[Stealth>1[/Stealth>
[Leadership>1[/Leadership>
[/ActorFile>

modelface + blinkfacename : face textures (in character-folder)

modelname+lod2+3 : model files (in character-folder).

If there from another mod, it should be activated.

EDIT: change [ to <.
