    well i have tried every thing and no luck pls help. i hate buying games i cant play. i have reinstalled 4 times and no luck. any one pls.

    Please post your dxdiag. There is a post below that tells you how to do this. Oh, and also if you're at the beginning, you can't move because you have to listen to what Lambert tells you. You're not supposed to be able to move right away.
