SC3 MUST contain a level where there are loads of civilians around. In the past 2 games there are either:

-Mysteriously no civilians
-Some civilians(why just 3 or 4!? Make it more challenging!)
-Some exuse like there is a curfew etc.

Having loads of people about would be really fun, who agrees with me?

You want civilians? Play the Jerusalem level of PT, besides it would make the game MUCH more harder.
