It is just simple. They calm to fix the elo but the fact is that they really havent fully fixed it. Typical for ubi.

Basically it is the ratio of your kills to your deaths. (that is the easiest way to explain it.) I think the glitch in the ELO is when you change maps it changes your ELO.

P.S. you gain more ELO when you kill someone with a higher ELO than you. You will gain some ELO when you kill someone with a lower ELO, but not as much.

    3339?!

    and you're upset?

i've never met anyone with an ELO rating of over 1500

so either that is a lie, or you are the best there is on Rainbow Six 3 Online

and as NOCTURNAL said, the ELO goes up and down depending on whether the person you kill or are killed by has a good/bad rating

Upset due to the fact that I was at 3390 didn't
touch the game for a few days(shift Work)and when I did play I noticed it had dropped before
    the game even started .

And as far as being the best there is at this game I am far from it to say the least.
My ELO is mostly from TH or Mission incase you
    were wondering as well.

I'm not going to bash UBI but I don't think ELO means anything at all. On terrorist hunt I currently have a 1000 to 1 kill/death ratio, only play on elite and NEVER leave a map when I die so that it doesn't record the death, which would be a real irration as I host 99.99% of all games I play regardless of type, and my ELO is only 1848.

So it's not whom I'm killing, it's not the difficulty setting, so what is it? I've even beaten maps using crappy weapons (my team and I beat parade last night on mission with Mac-11's) and still no ELO love. So as far as I'm concerned ELO means nothing. It's the kill to death ratio and how many times you succeed. So I wouldn't sweat it knolte. If UBI fixes it, great. If they don't, play on and track your kill/death ratio. I play terrorist hunt seriously and goof off during missions so I get the satisfaction of being really good at a game and the relaxation that comes with goofing off during missions.

and for all you nay sayers who think I'm full of crap with my stats it doesn't matter to me what you think AT ALL. I, and those who play with me, know full well what I'm capable of so flame away if you must but it's a waste of server space.
