Hi,

I am a big fan of Silent Hunter series. Recently I am testing the new Linux operating system and I find it very good. In most parts even better then Windows. And it is great especialy as I can get it almost for free.

What I would like to know is if there will also be a version of Silent Hunter III for Linux?

I doubt it.

Diverting ressources to an IMO not really important feature isn't a very good idea.

I'd rather have them put that time in a dynamic campaign, advanced AI and bugfixing before release.

I'd have to side with ParaB on this. get the game "Right" & on the shelves 1st, then think about porting to another OS.
Besides, XP pro, is very stable, at least for me.
